Payment and Shipping Terms
We accept Paypal, Mastercard, and VISA through our fully encrypted online store. Our email account for making payments is firstname.lastname@example.org. We also accept wire transfers, checks, and money orders. If you wish to pay with one of the latter three methods, please email us at email@example.com.
We handle each order and shipment personally. For our smaller instruments, the shipping cost is automatically calculated and displayed on the initial payment page. For organs and pianos that are too large for standard shipping, moving/freighting costs will vary widely depending on the destination, so a moving/freighting quote must first be requested before purchasing, unless you intend to pick up the item.
Items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, on a three-day approval basis. For example, if a check is received as payment, we will wait the full period of time necessary to make sure the check does not bounce, and will then ship the item within 72 hours of that time. All instruments are carefully and securely packed. We insure every shipment for its full value.
If you are unhappy with a purchase, you may return the item within 5 days of receipt for a full refund. The buyer must pay the return shipping costs and insure the item for its full value when shipping it back. The item must be received in the same condition in which it was shipped out. We ask that you notify us before returning an item, so that we may expect the return.
